General Guidelines
-The blogs shall be in the English language only.
-Submissions may be in the form of articles, opinions and case comments.
-Submissions shall be lucid, contemporarily relevant and well-researched.
-The Editorial Board encourages analytical submissions with concrete suggestions over descriptive submissions with generic suggestions.
-Submissions shall not be less than 1000 words and shall not exceed 1500 words.
-The name and institution shall of the author shall not be mentioned in the body of the submission.
-The language used must not be unparliamentary, abusive or result in disrepute of any third person.
-In case of any plagiarism found in the contents of the submitted manuscript, the manuscript shall be subject to rejection. A maximum of 15% of similarity is permissible.
-Manuscripts not in conformity with these guidelines may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to send the manuscripts back to the authors for any modification(s) at any stage, in the event of non-conformity with any of the submission guidelinesm
Formatting and Citations
-All entries should be submitted in doc. , docx. and pdf. format
-All submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, spacing 1.5, Margins Normal.
-The Word Limit for each manuscript is 1000-1500 words.
-Submissions shall contain hyperlinks in the body of the manuscript itself, instead of footnotes and endnotes. Endnotes may be used for references where hyperlinks are not possible, or the source is under a paywall or offline – such as books, articles, etc.
-The latest edition of the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) 4th Edition shall be followed for citations.
-Endnotes shall be typewritten in Times New Roman, font size 10, single-line spacing, and justified alignment.
Submission Procedure
-The deadline for submission is on or before 11:59 p.m., 27.02.2026. The author shall submit the manuscript via the Google Form
-The best blog submission will be featured in our upcoming issue of our Magazine, The Tribal Insights,offering authors an opportunity to reach a wider academic and professional audience and have their work formally published.
-The Editorial Board strives to communicate its decision regarding publication of the blog at the earliest.
